1. Acceptance Of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sanatani Dhara website and mobile application (together, the "Platform"), including registering as a User or as a Pandit Ji, browsing our services, and making a booking. By creating an account, checking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" box during registration, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Sanatani Dhara

Sanatani Dhara is an online platform that connects devotees with verified Pandit Ji for Puja, Havan, Katha and other Sanskar services, performed either at the devotee's home/location or through a live-streamed/virtual session, depending on the service chosen at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is meant for individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration & Verification

• Both Users and Pandit Ji must register with accurate name, mobile number, email address and other requested details, and verify their account through the OTP sent to their registered email.
• Pandit Ji additionally need to submit KYC documents (such as Aadhar Card and a recent photograph) at the time of registration. A Pandit Ji's account remains under "Pending" verification until our team reviews and approves these documents; bookings can only be accepted once KYC is approved.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You agree to keep your profile details — including your contact number, address, Pin Code and, for Pandit Ji, your speciality, experience and education — accurate and up to date.

5. Bookings And Payment

• When you book a Puja or service, you will be matched with an available Pandit Ji, generally based on your Pin Code, the service selected and, where applicable, your stated tradition/regional preference.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed through our online payment gateway. Please ensure the date, time and address entered at the time of booking are correct.
• Any additional puja samagri (materials) required for a specific ritual, unless explicitly mentioned as included at the time of booking, may need to be arranged separately; this will be communicated to you in advance.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled as per our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please read them before making a booking.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to be present/available at the scheduled time for the puja, to provide correct information at the time of registration and booking, and to treat the Pandit Ji assigned to you with courtesy and respect. Sanatani Dhara is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

8. Pandit Ji's Responsibilities

A Pandit Ji registered on the Platform agrees to perform the booked puja/ritual on time, in accordance with proper Vedic rituals, and to conduct themselves professionally with Users. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or any conduct that violates these Terms may result in the Pandit Ji's account being suspended or blocked by our admin team, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Live Streaming Services

Where a Pandit Ji offers a live-streamed puja, the streaming link is provided by the Pandit Ji and viewed at the User's own discretion. Sanatani Dhara does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming and is not responsible for issues caused by internet connectivity on either side.

10. User Conduct & Content

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including submitting false KYC documents, impersonating another person, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Any feedback, ratings or reviews you submit may be displayed publicly on the Platform and used by us to improve our services.

11. Intellectual Property

The Sanatani Dhara name, logo, website design and content are the property of Sanatani Dhara and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

12. Limitation Of Liability

While we take reasonable care in verifying the Pandit Ji listed on our Platform, Sanatani Dhara acts as a facilitator connecting Users with Pandit Ji and is not liable for the religious, spiritual or ritualistic outcome of any puja performed. Our liability, where it arises, is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific booking in question.

13. Changes To These Terms

Sanatani Dhara reserves the right to modify these Terms, our services, or our pricing at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes are posted will be treated as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
